Rubber powder is a very fine raw material that is used in the rubber industry, in the construction of sports facilities, road construction, construction chemicals and leisure facilities.

Varietal purity Gum powder of the best quality is the result of particularly careful pre-sorting.

Manufacturer of Rubber powder utilise various hot and cold grinding processes, also known as ambient and cryogenic technology. There are therefore two types of rubber powder with completely different properties: Ambient and cryogenic rubber powder. The rubber flours are suitable for different areas of application.

Ambient rubber powder or ambient rubber flour is produced by ambient grinding (hot grinding). Here, the rubber is ground to the desired size at room temperature. Cryogenic Rubber powder requires a more complex process. Rubber granulate is cooled down with nitrogen until a fine rubber powder is formed during grinding. Cryogenic rubber powder has the advantage that the particle surface is more uniform than with hot grinding, but the surface size of the individual grains is smaller.

Which rubber powder is right for you depends on which properties you require in the application. Rubber flour can be processed in many different ways in new products. You receive an environmentally friendly, sustainable base product that can be used as an admixture in asphalt, floor coverings, plastics or elastic paints in the automotive industry, for example.
