At the GaLaBAU 22 trade fair in Nuremberg from 14 to 17 September, NEW LIFE will be presenting sustainable solutions for future-oriented garden, landscape and sports ground construction to the industry. High-quality recycled products made from rubber powder and rubber granulate (ELT) are weather-resistant, durable, non-slip, can be customised in terms of shape and colour and also require less maintenance and care. The use of sustainable NEW LIFE recycled products in landscaping also helps to conserve natural resources and avoid waste and CO2 emissions. Visit NEW LIFE in Hall 7, Stand 7-135.
The NEW LIFE initiative promotes a sustainable circular economy with the use of durable, climate-friendly recycled products in gardening, landscaping and sports ground construction. Recycled rubber granulate from old tyres is a high-quality secondary raw material for the production of attractive, environmentally friendly products for forward-looking landscaping:
- Resilient floor coverings for sports fields, playgrounds and terraces
- Safe fall protection surfaces for playgrounds and play equipment
- Robust edging and borders for paths and flower beds
- Joint-friendly elastic layers of modern artificial turf
- Visually appealing noise barriers and privacy screens
- Weatherproof building protection mats for green roofs and photovoltaic systems
- Pool protection mats, lamps, vases and design objects and much more.
By using products made from ELT rubber granulate, garden, landscape and sports field builders are making an important contribution to climate and environmental protection, as the valuable components of used tyres have been reused to manufacture new, durable products. This means less waste and CO2 emissions as well as the conservation of natural resources.
In addition, the use of customisable products made from ELT rubber granules opens up new possibilities for the attractive design of gardens, parks, green spaces, playgrounds and sports fields. Last but not least, sustainable ELT material also quickly pays for itself economically, as the cost of maintenance and installation is significantly lower than with conventional materials.
