recircle awards 2025

The AZuR network came up trumps seven times at the Recircle Awards 2025 ceremony in Bologna. The international jury of experts honoured NEW LIFE partner Genan for innovative tyre recycling solutions. Network Coordinator Christina Guth received the Women's Award for the Tyre Retreading Sector. "The award is recognition of our joint commitment to the tyre recycling economy," said Guth at the award ceremony.

The Recircle Awards are regarded as the world's leading award for individuals and companies who are committed to sustainable processes and innovations in tyre recycling and retreading.

In the Tyre Recycler of the Year 2025 category, NEW LIFE partner Genan impressed with its highly efficient and resource-saving recycling process. According to Key Account Manager Eduard Vogt, who accepted the award in Bologna, Genan is "very honoured to have been named Tyre Recycler of the Year 2025. This recognition means a lot to us - and we would like to thank everyone who has made this possible and who shares our commitment to sustainability and innovation in tyre recycling."

From the jury's point of view, the award for Christina Guth recognises the outstanding commitment of a woman who is helping to shape the future of the tyre/recycling industry in a sustainable way. As coordinator of the AZuR network, of which NEW LIFE is also a member, Guth has made a significant contribution to the founding, establishment and successful further development of the alliance, which currently has 90 partners from industry, trade and science. With strategic vision and great personal commitment, she has succeeded in bringing together a wide variety of players from all segments of the tyre/recycling industry with the common goal of advancing the sustainable tyre circular economy.
