NEW LIFE invites pupils and trainees to the Climate School Day at FSB 2023 in Cologne on 26 October 2023. The highlight of the day will be a climate protection forum with a lecture by renowned climate researcher Prof Dr Peter Wiesen (Institute for Atmospheric and Environmental) on the significance and consequences of climate change. The NEW LIFE Climate Protection Forum begins on 26 October 2023 at 14:00 (admission from 13:30) in the Europasaal of the Congress Centre Ost. After the presentation by well-known climate researcher Prof Dr Peter Wiesen, there will be a panel discussion on the topic of climate protection and schools, in which pupils, teachers and trainees can participate. At the NEW LIFE trade fair stand in Hall 10.2 (Stand D84), schoolchildren and trainees can experience the variety of climate-friendly recycled products for floors, walls, roofs and more up close. On a sustainability trail, 17 different slabs and sheets made from sustainable rubber granulate await discovery step by step. In addition, the innovative learning portal NEW LIFE goes to school can be tried out.
